One of our most important meetings we wanted to have was
regarding the bursary programme. We met
with Mr. Safari (chairperson) and Mr Nyambalo to discuss the way forward. We were really impressed by the enthusiasm of
the two gentleman and their suggestions as to how we could improve both the
selection of future bursars (including an specially written exam) and improved
monitoring. We both believe that the
committee put a lot of effort into discussing the project before we arrived and
we are looking forward to seeing it go from strength to strength.
